The seat base pivots, and via electronic remote control, it gently lowers the seat down towards the ground, where a specially-made, wheeled base awaits. The seat slides onto the wheeled base and locks in position and the whole thing becomes a wheelchair! These systems are called Turny HD (Pivoting and Lowering Seat & Base System) and Carony (Wheeled Seat Base System) Maximum Capacities: Three conventionally-seated passengers, one Turny & Carony wheelchair seated passenger, plus driver. The maximum lifting capacity for the Turny is 150 Kg.
