Maun Motors Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Maun Motors is a family business established in 1972, operating both a Self Drive hire company and a Used Commercial Vehicle Sales company. We are one of the largest independent commercial vehicle rental & sales operators in the UK, with a huge fleet of over 800 hire vehicles of a wide variety of types (Specialising in Truck Hire), besides a sales stock of around 500 quality used commercial vehicles (Including a vast range of different Vans For Sale). Along with a huge variety of Trucks, Vans, Minibuses, Crane Lorries, Moffett Fork Lifts and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles, both our hire fleet and our vehicle sales stock include many hard-to-find specialist commercial vehicles.

At Maun Motors Commercial Sales we stock mainly low mileage, late-plate vans, minibuses and wheelchair accessible vehicles. Some of our most popular sellers are Ford Transit panel vans & crew vans, the new Ford Transit Custom, Volkswagen vans such as VW Crafter, VW Transporter T5 TDI Vans & Kombis and VW Caddy Vans, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito, Ford Tourneo & Tourneo Custom luxury minibuses, Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Expert and even a range of 4x4 Pick-Ups.

Both the hire and sales depots are located just a mile off M1 Junction 28 (Junction with A38), near McArthur Glen Designer Outlet, right on the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire border and just a few miles south of the South Yorkshire border. This makes us ideally placed to provide van and truck hire to the entire East Midlands including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Birmingham, as well as Sheffield, Leeds, Barnsley, Doncaster and South Yorkshire, besides our local Mansfield & Chesterfield area, including Sutton-in-Ashfield, Bolsover, Alfreton, Ripley, Belper, Heanor, South Normanton, Matlock, & Newark-on-Trent. Being so close to the M1, we are also ideally located to serve London and we do a lot of van and truck hire business with companies based in the capital.
